Agent5 ("Agent5," "we," "us") is a free daily AI-prediction game at getagent5.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account information: when you sign up, we collect your email address and the handle you choose. Authentication is handled through our infrastructure provider, Supabase.
- Gameplay data: your predictions, the confidence levels you set, your category preferences, your timezone, and gameplay metrics such as streaks and scores.
- Usage analytics: we use analytics tooling to understand how the product is used (pages visited, features used, general device and browser information), in aggregate, to improve the game.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect payment information. Agent5 is free and does not process payments. (Update if and when paid features are introduced.)
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing. (Confirm minimum-age stance with counsel.)
How we use your information
- To run the game: create your account, serve daily questions, record and score predictions, maintain leaderboards and history.

- To communicate about the service, if you've opted in.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate Agent5 on our behalf:
- Supabase: database and authentication
- PostHog: product analytics
- Vercel: application hosting
