Welcome to Agent5, a free daily AI-prediction game at getagent5.com. By using Agent5, you agree to these terms.

1. What Agent5 is

Agent5 is a free game for entertainment and skill. Each day it presents questions about future developments in AI; you answer with a probability and are scored on your calibration when the question resolves.

2. A game, never money

Agent5 is a game. It is not a betting, wagering, gambling, or money-making service. There are no entry fees, no stakes, no cash prizes, no payouts, and no real-money or monetary-equivalent rewards of any kind. Scores, ranks, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value. You play for skill, learning, and bragging rights only.

3. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Choose a handle that isn't misleading, offensive, or impersonating someone else. We may reclaim handles that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Agent5 to break the law, harass others, or interfere with the service (including attempts to manipulate scoring, automate play deceptively, or disrupt other players). We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

5. Predictions, scoring, and resolutions

Questions are written and curated by us, drawing on public news sources. We resolve them based on evidence from named sources, reviewed by a human.
Scoring uses a proper scoring rule based on your stated probability and the actual outcome. (The full method is described in our public FAQ.)
Some questions may be voided when they can't be fairly settled; voided questions are scored neutrally.
We aim for fair, accurate resolutions but do not guarantee that any question, score, or resolution is error-free; resolutions are a matter of our editorial judgment.

6. No guarantees

Agent5 is provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Nothing in Agent5 is financial, investment, or professional advice. (Counsel to confirm disclaimer / limitation-of-liability language.)

7. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Agent5 at any time, including questions, features, and these terms. Changes reflected by updating the date above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent5 and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. (Counsel to tailor, placeholder.)
